Setting up Email


Outlook Email Settings

 

In Outlook, go to the Tools menu and click on Email Accounts.
Select Add a new email account and then click Next.
Select POP3 and then click Next.
Enter your email information: Your Name: your name Email Address: Your wavecomm email address Incoming Mail server (POP3): mail.wavecomm.com Outgoing Mail server (SMTP): mail.wavecomm.com User Name: your email address Password: the password for the email address
Click on More Settings and select the Outgoing Server Tab.
Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server. Click Ok. Click Next. Click Finish.


The Ipad Email Settings

 

On the iOS click on Mail then add mail account
select POP Incoming mail server: mail.wavecomm.com username: example@wavecomm.com password: assigned to your account NO SSL
Outcoming mail server: mail.wavecomm.com username: example@wavecomm.com password: assigned to your account NO SSL


Mac Mail Settings

 

Click Mail > Preferences....
On the Accounts tab, click the + button to add a new account.
Fill in the new window with the following information:
Full Name: [your name] Email Address: your full email address (xxx@wavecomm.com) Password: (your wavecomm password)
Important: please deselect the box next to 'Automatically set up account'
Click Create.
Fill in the following Incoming Mail Server information: Account Type: Select pop3 Incoming Mail Server: Change this to mail.wavecomm.com User Name: your full email address (xxx@wavecomm.com) Password: (your wavecomm password)
Click Continue.
Enter the following Outgoing Mail Server information: Outgoing Mail Server: mail.wavecomm.com Use Authentication: selected User Name: your full email address (xxx@wavecomm.com) Password: (your wavecomm password)
Click Continue.
Review your Account Summary, and click Create.
